💳 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on eligible orders with additional charges, if any.

🧾 Invoice & Billing

  • An official tax invoice will be issued upon order confirmation and sent via email.
  • All prices on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

🔐 Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
  • We do not store any card or payment details on our servers.
  • Your personal and payment data is safe and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

🔁 Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • For eligible refunds (in case of returns, damage, or other issues), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

⚠️ Pricing Errors

  • In case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical errors or system issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.
  • If your payment is already processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

❗ Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you face any issue with billing or a transaction, please reach out to us first.
  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in a ban on future purchases.
